Is it possible to have German audio, but all other left in English?
Would be good practice for me to hear German.

I wouldn't mind the same, but with French audio and English subtitles. :)
I love the sound of French!

    EDITED, had it backwards

I found an article telling how to do it.
Download the other language by switching to that language in the launcher's Settings menu (upper right)
Once done downloading, put the language back to English in your launcher, then start the game.
At the command prompt in game, type:
    /script SetCVar("language.2", "fr")
Now the interface is in French, but everyone speaks English.
note: I did this with de for German, I'm making the assumption that fr is French.

Can you do this vice versa? Having everyone speak English but have the game be in French or German?

Hmm, I gotta do this with the Japanese voice overs with English subtitles. I'll pretend I'm in an Elder Scrolls anime.

    Yes, both ways worked.
I'll assume that if they're using 2-letter ISO codes:
French = fr, German = de, English = en, Japanese = ja, Mandarin = zh, Spanish = es

But, for any other language to work, remember to first pick it out at the application launcher, select the Language and let it download.
