Pre-Ordered Thru Zenimax - Can't even Log In to Account

I created an account in order to pre-order the game. I completed my purchase thru Paypal, and received my email invitation to the forums. I was able to access my account and download the client yesterday. Today, my login information does not work on either the game client, or to access my account through Chrome. I was able to reset my password, received email confirmation that my password reset was successful, but again, when I try to log in to the game client or my account, I get the same message that my log in information is incorrect. I do not see any error code, Just "Incorrect UserID or Password, Please try again." I have emailed customer support but received no response. Oddly enough, my daughter has an account as well, running from her laptop, and has absolutely no problems logging in and playing. We use the same network. I have disabled my firewalls and virus protections to no avail. I'm out of ideas and disappointed.

    i have the same problem except im in new zealand and have 3 day early access code and being 1 day ahead of the launch i cant even see if my account is created properly
