Can't gift crown crates and PTE'ing (leaving instance) can crash some group members

Not sure if we can report 2 problems at once.

So first problem petty simple, tried looking at the first page of the bugs and couldn't see anyone mentioning this but crown crates aren't gift-able anymore not sure if it's a bug or intentional? You are welcome to hover any item in the crown store there is a key bind for gift, but when you hover crown crates there isn't one. Quite surprised this one hasn't been fixed earlier since usually crown bugs get fixed in days.

For the 2nd bug, when you leave instance in a group you are very likely to crash a group member to desktop with a crash report window up.
I'm playing on PCEU and have experienced this bug multiple times, sometimes we had people PTE (leave instance) couple times and it was fine, but sometimes when you leave the instance you crash random amount of people sometimes it's just one, but my record crash was crashing 7 team members. I probably assume it's related to an addon but still I find it strange that someone leaving an instance can crash random group members very annoying and if zos can look at it that would be nice.
This has happened in Cloudrest and in Sunspire.
For sunspire it happened Yesterday (Saturday), and previous Tuesday.
For cloudrest it happened previous Wednesday and Friday

The sticky thread in Bug Reports specifies one bug per thread.

The first is a bug they’re currently aware of but are still investigating. Apparently it’s taking quite some time because it’s affecting different platforms:

Also if an add-on is crashing people from the server when other players do something, that's a major issue (not to mention an exploitable one) that ZOS will need to fix. Add-ons should not by themselves be able to do that, intentionally or not.

My partner crashed when someone else joined group just now. So there might be something bigger going on than just PTE.

I personally don't crash when someone joins group, but when someone joins the instance I get a very big frame spike. Like for example we are doing CR now and after resetting the instance I'm usually the first in and every time someone ports into the instance my game freezes for a good 1-2 seconds.
The pte bug is annoying for sure, since we are resetting on death once someone pte's there is a very high chance of dcing someone, I'm not sure if it's addon related or just something broke with the code (I mean there is no way to know) I just assumed so since I didn't get crash to desktop+error report window in years and nowadays I'm getting dce'd couple times a night of raiding.
