Can't use Arcanists: Error 334 "lobby timed out" every time I make one and try to zone in

This is a bit ridiculous, because I'd assume it's an issue on my end since no one else is complaining. HOWEVER:

On PTS, I'm unable to make an Arcanist build. I can leave it level 1, choose the CP3600 version, the lvl 25 iteration, I can choose to skip the tutorials, OR not... I click OK, and it tries to load in the Telvanni Peninsula for about 20 seconds, then: Error 334: Lost Lobby Connection. I attempt to log back in, and the toons I made are all lvl 1 Arcanists, even though I specified the higher level variants.

What I've done:
a. Reinstalled PTS with zero addons or carryover presets from Live
b. Gone thru some of the support requisites tests such as clearing out the launcher subfolder, etc
c. Wailed in frustration

Any help or clues here? Someone in zone mentioned it happened once to them but then it disappeared. I'm forever locked out of the Arcanists until this is addressed...

Does it ever let you login the Arcanist? What's the magic number for repeated attempts? I've stopped at 4 logins...

i was getting that with a templar template character i made yesterday.
i logged on to one of my normal characters, logged out and logged back in with the templar and it worked.

I believe third time was the charm last time it kicked completely out of the game. hopefully there will be a fix on monday

Happens to me too. Haven't managed to log in with the Arcanist at all yet (after half a dozen or so attempts over multiple days). All my other characters work fine.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin Sorry for the tag, but wanted to see if this were a known issue for resolution? I haven't seen any chatter here about it so far, and it's a game stopper for everyone of us in this thread at the key. I've submitted two bug reports, but those never send back acknowledgements.

I have been able to log in with an Arcanist, both Level 2 and Level 50, as well as my own characters. I get the lobby connection problem all the time and just retry until I don't. My assumption is that PTS Week 1 is a buggy mess.

I didn't have too many problems logging in the first couple of days. Now it is terrible. Haven't been able to get in last night (kind of expected with higher numbers) or this morning.
