Lead sourcing isn't given in the notes. When people don't find leads there's no way to know if it is bugged or if it comes from an activity people aren't doing.3 -

It's like a puzzle. We just read the clues given in the name of each lead and try to figure out how to get the drop from there.PC/Xbox NA
