Errors to purchase digital version... charged multiple times....

It would appear that even though I was told there was an error to my charge, they charged me for it anyway.... multiple times.. for each errored attempt.... at the end of the day, not only did I get charged for multiple accounts now, I never received a call back from customer support OR even received a download link at the very least. So... no game and no refund for the extra charges..... customer support sucks thus far...
