Please report any issues you run into while testing the new Arcanist class in this thread. In general, we prefer you to use /bug in-game but if you’d rather submit a report here, please give us as much information as possible, including screenshots and/or video if applicable. Thank you!

    Was stunned by mobs while I was casting Fatecarver in the public dungeon during Sharp-as-Nights questline, and even after breaking free 5+ times all of my skills and dodge rolling were still disabled. Tried killing my character and respawning to fix it, but ultimately had to log out and back in so the game would register that I was no longer stunned.

    Runemend is probably bugged, when using while running, character stops for a 0.3-0.5 sec, which greatly impares movement

    I need to test more, but the damage bonuses from the Destruction Staff skill lines don't seem to apply to the Arcanist's skills.

    Visual/cosmetic issue;

    The tome visual in Remedy Cascade is normal,
    However the Fatecarver ability's tome is weirdly upside down. Just some mild inconsistency is all. I don't know hif this was intentional or not.

    Channeling either of the channeled beam abilities will occasionally cause movement to completely turn off until the channel is completed. It seems semi-random when it occurs, or at least I could not figure out a specific cause.

    EDIT: I should add, this happens on both controller and Keyboard and Mouse

    I was testing in IC and noticed the damage return from Sanctum of the Abyssal Sea does not crit, is this intentional? I used the ability more than 20 times while standing in the middle of mobs 10+ and never saw a single crit. But if I'd cast Rune of Displacement I'd see at least 1-2 crits per tick on the same mobs.
    Also most times the damage was exactly what I was expecting from the tooltip (97K/10='s 9.7 dps at 68K health) but every so often I'd start seeing noncrit ticks on the entire mob for over 17K.

    The directional, aoe beam will have all sorts of targeting issues in PVP. There is a reason why ZOS added the aimbot targeting assist just for these two skills.

    fwiw, the targeting assist either won't work well, or it will be hugely unfair to all of the other classes with no access to it.

    Tombs skills show magic based attacks, but in combat bar it shows and is a stamina based attack.

    Not sure if he was out of range or something but if not that’s a huge bug that needs to be addressed.

    The Runeblades skill does NOT generate Crux on the first cast... it actually generates a Crux on the SECOND cast, then another on the THIRD cast, and another on the FOURTH cast... which means it takes four casts of Runeblades to generate three Crux... which should not be how it works. I tried both morphs and it was the same. From my understanding of the tool tips, it should generate a Crux with each cast, but that's not how it's working. Unless it's a visual thing, but I don't see three Crux appear until the fourth cast of Runeblades.

    This is casting the skill when not in combat, but initiating combat using the Runeblades skill. If crux is only generated 'while in combat' this needs to be changed so that if you initiate combat using a crux generating ability, it should generate immediately- not having to cast it four times to generate three crux.

    Runeblades: Don't always apply crux.
    Writhing Runeblades: Don't always apply crux.
    Escalating Runeblades: Don't always apply crux.

    Fatecarver: Stops movement occasionally (random).
    Exhausting Fatecarver: Stops movement occasionally (random).
    Pragmatic Fatecarver: Stops movement occasionally (random).
    Pragmatic Fatecarver: Does not stop interruptions while shieled.

    Rune of Displacement: Doesn't always pull enemies.

    Curative Runeforms:

    Remedy Cascade: Stops movement occasionally (random).
    Cascade Fortune: Stops movement occasionally (random).
    Curative Surge: Stops movement occasionally (random).

    Apocryphal Gate: Sometimes doesn't make gate/definitely not 22 meters.
    Fleet-footed Gate: Sometimes doesn't make gate/definitely not 22 meters.
    Passage Between Worlds: Sometimes doesn't make gate/definitely not 22 meters.

    Everything else:
    It seems casting/channeling abilities in general (not just the fatecarver/cascade) cause some sort of movement issues.
