I had a run yesterday of 48 coffers opened before receiving a motif chapter, so I guess it doesn't matter what does/does not drop considering I'm only seeing a motif chapter every 18-19 coffers at this point... Not sure what ZOS has against my account, but my RNG is straight trash in ESO.

still, after multiple days between both me and my husband opening thousands of boxes, no motif past 106.

My mind is boggled if thats the drop rate. its easier to believe that they dont drop.

what makes it weirder, is I have gotten multiple 105 and 106, and at least 1 of every motif below that that drops.

So far I've gotten a selection of motifs (all 106 and below for me personally), but they don't seem evenly distributed at all. Yesterday, for example I got 6 Thorn Legion pages. I hadn't gotten any pages at all from that motif in previous days. I've also gotten several of the same motif number (like multiple 26s and 69s and 106s) but have been entirely missing lots of ones in between. It seems very streaky.

If I went only by my drops, there would be a number of motifs that have dropped in the past that are not dropping now, so I'm glad others are confirming them.

While I haven't gotten drops from every single motif that's on the confirmed list, if I look through groups of about 10 motifs or so, for every group up to 106, I've gotten multiple pages from within that group, for more than one of the motifs. For 106 and up, absolutely 0. I'm opening probably 100-120 boxes a day most days. Something feels odd about the lack of post 106 but I doubt my sample is large enough to really reach a conclusion.

So far this event I have opened at least 1728 boxes, probably a handful more but would not be beyond 1800 boxes.

    No motifs beyond Silver Rose.

At this point I think no one believes that anything beyond 106 is dropping which has had... amusing effects.

Everyone that was waiting for this event - yours truly included - to complete 115/116 scrambled to snatch whatever was listed on traders.

Someone has made a lot of gold. Shame it wasn't me

Said that is somewhat disappointing that no motifs have been added to the pool this year...

yeah, kind of like the claims of Militant Ordinator (49) dropping, I'm not buying the claims until I see screenshot evidence. The fact that we're also not even seeing the style materials for anything past 106 (style materials being much more common drops in the gift boxes) seems to further reinforce the theory. The sample sizes are also significantly large (my own sample size is currently about 2500), and there's never been "crazy-rare drops" for motifs, apart from the full/gold books.

Granted, I will happily (and excitedly) revise the list if someone provides screenshots. Most likely scenario is people ran the daily content where the motifs past 106 dropped, and got them from the regular content the motifs drop from normally, rather than from the anniversary boxes.
Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
"Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""

I have 39 characters over three accounts. I did a full set of crafting writs on each character for 13 days. Add in a few other dailies/pledges during the two weeks and I opened around 3,500 anniversary boxes. I saw 0 motifs over 106 and 0 style mats for any motif above 106. So unless both the style pages and the crafting mats were dropping at Aetherial Cypher levels (this is my 4th anniversary event and I've never seen one), I'm calling bull on anyone who says they got even one, let alone more than one.

I wouldn't be surprised if they forgot to add the newer styles to the drop pool. There is precedent for similar errors...

    hi. just for your curiosity:
    average Jubilee drop rates:
    Motif page 1:8
    Worm Cult Motif: 1:500
Style pages: 1:150 but this figure is affected by Bonemold pages were mostly on per-account cooldown
    Aetherial dust 1:1000
Cipher - not enough statistics. definitely very very low.
and, yes, the highest motif number dropped for me was 106.

    Was there a Bonemold cooldown/limit?

The highest I got was 4 bonemold on one account per day, including two from the same set of 7 writs on one character.

Aside from establishing that the cooldown wasn’t what ZOS said it was (once per account per day), I wasn’t sure if anyone had found a hard limit.

indeed, the rule one Bonemold a day per account seemed to be working (at least for me) for the first week, though there were posts stating players were obtaining more than one Bonemold page a day, despite restriction. Last four days players were obtaining more than one Bonemold page a day, so as far as i can guess, the restriction was removed (which resulted in 5x price drop at Guild Traders) as here at the Forums players were insisting on better drop rates.

i was cautious in choosing my words (even though English is a foreign language for me), please re-read my information: "Style pages" i said. You have read "Bonemold pages" and you have read it wrong. No offense. I added number of Sabrekeel pages to the number of Bonemold pages and divided by the total number of boxes i have got. So these were Style pages dropped, not specifically the Bonemold ones. OKay?

edit: TL/DR; if you were getting more than one Bonemold page a day - your account belongs to the chosen ones. i saw many Forum posts about that. But i use 4 accounts and first seven days i was getting strictly ONE Bonemold page a day per account. On each of my accounts. So, lucky you. Lucky other players who, by some magic, were out of game-makers restrictions. I was not. The remaining pages after a single Bonemold were Sabrekeel for me.

I only played one account and got multiple Bonemold pages on the first day, and other days thereafter.

It's unfortunate that ZOS chose not to clarify the discrepancy between the official announcement and what actually happened, but it is what it is.

Thank you for the clarification, but I don’t believe I read anything wrong. I certainly didn’t read it the way you said I did here, and I’m not sure why you thought I did or what relevance it would have either way.

You gave 1:150 as a ratio that reflected all style pages you got. I did not read or claim to have read that as 1:150 Bonemold specifically. I read it as a figure *including* Bonemold along with a qualification that the number of total style pages you drew was in some way impacted by a cooldown. The only cooldown on event style pages mentioned by ZOS, to the best of my knowledge, was the one they claimed to have placed on Bonemold, so unless there was one I missed, you were saying that your overall style page figure was impacted by the Bonemold cooldown. But the cooldown quoted by ZOS (once per day) was disproved at least on PC-NA in the opening hours of the event. So my question to you was if you had found an actual limit, since (for PC-NA) it clearly wasn’t once per day as claimed by ZOS.

I was not the first to discover that the cooldown on Bonemold was not what ZOS claimed. Someone had already posted screenshot evidence from the first few hours of the event in which they got multiple Bonemold pages on the same account before I could even log in that day. I understand the need for proof to believe things, especially in this game. If you don’t take my word and that of others who had it happen, there is proof in the relevant thread that shows the cooldown never existed.

The severe drop-off of prices on guild traders always happens at the end of an event. In this case it was exacerbated by the inaccurate announcement, since many players were misled into thinking there was a cooldown and didn’t even bother to try for multiples until word spread that it was possible to get them. That doesn’t mean everyone got multiples in the end, of course, but I did see several posts on the forums and several guildies in various discords remark that they assumed the cooldown was there and hadn’t bothered trying for more. Some of those people did get multiples once they started trying. So in this case that would explain why more people got more multiples as the event went on, balancing out some of the natural decline in participation as players got event fatigue. That - combined with players being more reluctant to pay higher prices for something that turned out not to be limited to a once-per-day drop - would have accelerated the usual price drop on traders.

That’s why I’m wondering if you had information about an upper limit and by extension to what extent your 1:150 figure was impacted. If you only got one Bonemold per account per day, despite the lack of a hard cooldown, that helps me contextualize your figures. Thank you for clarifying.

@virtus753, ESO is not an open-source software, so in my humble understanding the restriction one page a day per account utilized some filters, but there were factors allowing some player to get several pages a day on a single account
(i am also reading forums and read the topic "thank you for Bonemold pages"). For my accounts the restriction worked well for the first nine days. I can not explain that (and probably no one can, except Devs who have source code available).

On Saturady 15th (10th day of Event) i began to get multiple Bonemold pages on all of my 4 accounts. And on 18th as a result i got rather even number of pages like 10 Bonemold plus 10 Sabrekeel.
My raw data is 2823 boxes, 353 motif pages, including 6 Worm cult and 20 style pages, plus 3 dusts.

    From the official announcement:
New: A small chance for a tradeable outfit style page for the Bonemold armor style.
If you’ve already collected a Bonemold armor style earlier that day, you can instead be rewarded with either a Saberkeel style page or a Worm Cult style page

So basically the fact that more Bonemold pages were dropping than intended essentially limited possible chances at receiving Worm Cult motif chapters? Classic.

Yeah, agreed. Also, the list should condense Racial, Crown Store or Event motifs in one section so the list of motifs get more easier to read.

    Perhaps this format:

[Racial Style Motifs / Crown Store Motifs / Event Motifs] These will not drop
    High Elf
    Dark Elf
    Hollowjack
    Grim Harlequin

    [Confirmed drops]
Dwemer ("since start" or "all anniversaries")
    Glass (all anniversaries)
Morag Tong ("since 2018" or "2018 onward")
    Ashlander (2018 onward)

I arrange them by number mostly because that way it's easier for me (who memorized them by number) to reference them. and I do color-code them, so at this point I admit that I'm mostly just guilty of being a creature of habit. I'll keep that in mind though especially if the list starts getting too long.
