Complete Anniversary Jubilee Motif List (2023 Edition)

It's that time of year again folks! Given that ZOS no longer makes an official list of which motifs are going to drop from the Anniversary Jubilee (likely due to the sheer number), I'm going to make a few educated guesses once again on which ones will appear in the Gift Boxes, based on previous year trends, release dates, and so on (and from sample sizes of literal thousands of boxes from previous years). So if you're looking to complete your motif collection and wondering which ones you'll most likely have a chance at nabbing this year, look no further.

While I'm pretty confident in my educated predictions, ZOS might spice things up or do something different, and so if I discover anything on this list is done in error, I will correct it when I can.

Militant Ordinator will require screenshot evidence due to the large number of unverified claims and an ever-growing sample size (into the tens of thousands) with exactly zero drops so far. Zos has a tendency in the past to sometimes exclude the most recently dropped dungeon pages from the boxes.

The boxes drop any motif from that list no matter what quest you did to get the box.

I can also report a Worm Cult motif drop and that I haven't gotten anything past 109. The motif drop rate seems about the same as last year for me. I always seem to get more on characters that have no motifs learned for whatever reason. Not sure if design or RNG.

updated with the input of players here, from my guilds, and from my own sample sizes. It's weird that nothing above 106 is there, since many of these have been out for several months. Then again, the Markarth motifs didn't show up until 2022, even though they debuted in 2021 before the 2021 Anniversary Event.

The war torte recipes? Never have before. They are probably like New Moon Priest or the antiquities motifs.
