Not able to log in to my account on the website to download client.

When I try to log in to my accout on www.elderscrollsonline.com, it gives me error 404 page not found. I just built a pc just for this game on ultra, pre ordered and completely paid off imperial edition and I would really love to be able to download the client to play, I beta tested on my laptop on low graphics and loved it but I am now shorted 2 days of early access that I paid for, what do I do?
