Missing Explorers Pack

After a ~ 1 day and 4 emails and now 8 hours complete silence from your support, I hope I and the others that this affect, will get some help here.

I am still missing the COMPLETE Explorers Pack on my Account.
I can't play any race in any alliance etc. I only have my 5 days early access and yes, I do know how to input a Code. It really is missing, this is NOT one of the "I am missing x Item" (which I know are released on the 4th of April).

After talking to your support who was NO HELP at all, I talked to the third party retailer and they talked directly to Bethesda. This is what the third party retailer sent me.

We’ve had a response back from Bethesda who state that the explorer code should provide all the imperial content during the early access period. This includes starting as an imperial. They also confirmed that our codes are indeed imperial explorer codes and not the standard ones.


They have also mentioned that there was a few code redemption issues for some customers across the entire launch, and have advised us to send our customers who are affected towards their own support. I realise you have already been in contact with them, but I’m afraid I’ve got to ask you to send them a new email about it and provide this new information.


Our apologies that we couldn’t provide an immediate solution to this issue.

    "We are aware that some Imperial and Standard Edition entitlements were inadvertently delivered to some players a little early. Should you be missing any of your Imperial Edition or Standard Edition entitlements, please make sure you first access your ingame mail if nothing there visit the retailer you purchased the game from on 4.4.14 to pick up the boxed product. Enter the appropriate codes which can be found inside the box to ensure you get all of your Imperial Edition and Standard Edition entitlements. We look forward to seeing you in Tamriel!"

    Please explain this mystery code that was sent early, but I need to find, but doesnt matter because I was playing yesterday, meaning my account already has pre-order status... Derp.

    I think they are referring to the code that says "Hey I bought the game!". We all got early access codes, but someone could still cancel their order early. The code that actually unlocks the game on release day is different than the one for early access. It appears that those who got the full pack ordered the game through the ESO site (at least those I've talked to). I ordered off Amazon and all I have is the rings for Mara, the Imperial class, ability to play any race in any faction, and early access. No vanity pet (except my monkey). On the FAQ it said the content would be released with the game, on 4/4/14. At least that's how it sounded to me.

    Yeah and I got none of that! The vanity pet and maps will be released on the 4th. But I can't play in any alliance and I can't buy my Imperial horse.

    I was bought a digital not boxed edition...And why my frends have and i desent have missing vanity pat mudcrab and maps ...They are doing a nail in the coffin of those with errors.

    I have the same issue as Shumuu. I pre-ordered the digital imperial edition and haven't received *any* pre-order bonuses during early access. Bethesda has not given me a reply in over 2 days.

    I got one yesterday ... Claiming they haven't received my answer to my secret question although it was right there when I sent it ... so I guess they are just trying to stall us until 4h ...

    It was statet by Zenimax that some of them were delivered unintentionally.

    When should we expect these maps? I already made a bosmer in DG so that part works, but I didn't get any pre order items except the monkey BETA pet, what gives?

    When should I expect the pre order items? After im level 20 and they're useless...?

    It's very poorly written, and that's the problem. Although it does say "at official launch" it ALSO states one of the digital rewards is "5 Days Early Access", which obviously won't be given out on launch day. It also lists "The ability to play as any race in any alliance" as a digital reward. Did they really mean for you to wait until launch day to create a main character if you intended to cross race/alliance lines?

    No they didn't thats why they updated they site and their twitter numerous times and informed you that the vanity pet and the maps will be delivered to anyone on the 4th

    I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right spot, but I am also having an issue with a missing explorer's pack. I submitted a ticket, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. I'm hoping someone can help me. I will try to be as detailed as possible.

    I prepurchased the game through the ESO website on April 3rd so I could get the extras that were advertised. I work Monday through Friday, so I didn't have time to play until yesterday(Saturday). When I logged on, I realized I didn't get any of the entitlements for prepurchasing. I couldn't choose any faction for any race. I created a character and logged in to check for my explorer's pack and it wasn't there.

    As I said, I submitted a ticket yesterday, but it hasn't been resolved. I know there must be a high volume of tickets right now, but because of my busy work schedule, if it is not fixed soon, I will have to wait until next weekend to play.

    Please help!

    This is a known issue, I opened a ticket on day one of the 5 day early access about my concerns with the random distribution of pre-order items (none of which were to be actually delivered until the 4th) they recently sent a response back that the explorer's pack items and the mudcrab vanity pet were the problem items.

    Open a support ticket but it may take some time because there is a bug where duplicates of all the items are being sent and it resets your bank size and clears any gold you have saved, and I am guessing failure to receive the pre-order bonuses and the bug may be related.

    After replying to them repeating pretty much everything i sent them in my initial ticket.. i recieve the exact same copy paste response again.. so yeah this is going well so far!

    I have purchased ESO at my local internet retailer, so I logged in there and checked- yep, third, specific code for bonus items was there, delivered with delay, less than a day ago.

    Well i got mine now, after 4-5 back and forth messeges between support and myself i finally got a support rep who was able to get my items mailed to me ingame!
    Took a while but glad ZO has at least someone helpful in support! :)

    My wife purchased the imperial edition pre-order for me as a gift, but I could not access any of the features. ESO support told me it was because the license was in her name. So I went out and spent another $84 to get the license in my name, and I have no access to the explorers pack perks at all. I also have the imperial horse in my collection but have no access to it in game. So $160 later I still haven't gotten what I paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous, worst customer service ever. please for goodness sake someone fix this!!
