I seem to have problems finishing this quest. I am at the point where I need to distribute medicine to the peasants to heal them. Only I can not interact with them at all. I am wondering if it may be a bug or if it is due to me playing as an argonian, as quest does state that the peasants don't trust argonians?
As a side note, I did try to relog several times.

It is bugged, but there is a workaround. It works as long as the NPCs are lying down. If the NPCs are standing it doesn't. Arrows point to both standing and lying down NPCS. If you don't see enough lying down ones move around in the quest area.1 -

tervalasSoul ShrivenThe problem with the 'workaround' is that you have dozens of people all trying to perform this quest. Me and my group mate sat looking at three of the peasants for over 30 minutes and they didn't reset. I do not believe that was intended.0
