Stuck in Cyrodiil again and can not use /stuck

Second time in two days I've been stuck in cyrodiil and have to wait for a CS to get me out. Last time it took 4 hours for them to respond.
Not being able to use /stuck in cyrodiil is the dumbest thing.
I'm not falling through the world this time just stuck in rubble.
