[Ebonheart Pact] Game crash when trying to leave The Harborage

After speaking with The Prophet and entering his mind (to find about Mannimarco and the Dragonfire), I attempted to leave The Harborage (this is after having to re-log because I fell through the world whilst in The Prophet's mind). Every time I attempt to leave, the game crashes and I get The Elder Scrolls Online Crash Reporter dialogue pop up.
I've attempted to leave both through the door I entered in and teleporting to a Wayshrine. Both lead to the same results.
