Stuck at logging in / initial loading screen

I did a complete reinstall last night after not being able to log in at all due to this issue. Last night I was able to log in and play but today I'm getting the same issue. I log in and it just hangs at the loading screen and never gets past it.

This is following a disconnect stating 'unknown error' dumping to the login screen, at least for me.

Sometimes I can kill the game and get back in after a reboot/ipconfig /renew. This particular time it's been hung going on an hour now.
