Early Access?

I pre ordered ESO but I still can't get onto early access. Even on my account it says,

ACCOUNT STATUS
Early Access '

Any idea why I can't get onto the servers?

I would guess that you did a pre-order for the regular edition not the collector. Regular edition only gets 3 day early access as opposed to those who got the Imperial Edition.

Also looking around a bit on the forums it seems that there has been some issues with places like Gamestop who apparently only had a limited number of 5 day early access codes, the rest got 3 day and of course nobody bothered to inform them of it when they received them. So that may be the problem as well if you DID get the Imperial edition. Sorry man. Best of luck to you figuring it out though if it isn't one of those two possibilities.

Seems it is the 3 day early access. Thanks for the help, seems I'll have to re buy it or something.

No problem. Make sure you double check which you have before you rebuy. Like I mentioned some people had issues where they got the 3 day despite getting Imperial Edition. So if what you have IS the Imp. then getting a second copy would be a waste.
