I'd like to humbly request that someone make a better interface for using potions. Right now, swapping them out using that wheel is liable to get you killed.
Something like double tapping a key to use/select the next potion or holding down a key to drink the next potion on your wheel would be much better.
I'm not totally sure what eso's rules are on designing something like this but it certainly would make things better.
