Full disclosure, I haven't played the PTS this some basic suggestions to be added to the future releases and playing as a sorcerer so the overall views will come from that perspective.

1) The ability to view your pets health bars without requiring a 3rd party add on. Have them show up similar to how your companions do.

2) The ability to have your companion target and heal your pets. I understand them prioritizing other players over pets but to ignore them entirely and just hoping the pet gets caught in an AoE is a bit much.

3) The ability to have your Twilight Matriarch heal your other pet as well. Again, having the heals prioritize players and companions is understandable, but to ignore the other pet entirely is a bit much.

4) Allow your pets to remain when you have swapped your action bar. Having to put them on both bars just to keep them as seriously annoying and it isn't like you can activate their abilities without switching back. Maybe put a 30 second timer on it if need be, but allow players that ability to use their pets without requiring them devote 2 bar slots per pet just to keep them.

5) I only really have a single character so don't know if the home storage is per character or a big group thing like the bank but, assuming it is per character, allow players the ability to store their Character Bound items in their home storage please. Having the items stuck on your character and unable to store them in your own unique storage really sucks when you are trying to organize, especially if you are struggling for space.

6) With the Lightning Form, could you give us the option to tone the animation down to see the original character a little more? I say this because when I am using it, if I get any kind of CC in a group setup, it gets even harder to notice when I look like that while being surrounded by an ungodly level of AoE. Part of me wants to enable the full AoE from other players for 1 dungeon just to see the level of flashing that would look like, would probably be a minigame in and of itself just making the characters out if we did.

These were all basic stuff but that being said, I do have a few questions/suggestions that you can realistically explain or push back against if you wanted to.

1) While we benefit from the current heavy attack setup, that honestly feels counter intuitive to the way a heavy attack is supposed to work in practice. Heavy attacks typically don't give you resources, it is supposed to be a resource dump for extra damage when you play other games (Including Skyrim). Now, even with me benefiting from it, that current setup just doesn't logically make sense. Wouldn't a better way of getting it would be to have a heavy attack take 1.5x longer to perform than a regular attack but hit 3-5 times harder but actually COST resources to use to return it to the actual resource dump it was intended to be and maybe just throw some extra status's you could add to it maybe. Good for a strong intro or a burning something down when you have more resources than you can really spend but not an entire thing where you just hit to get resources. If the resources are an issue then wouldn't the better way of handing it would be by addressing the regeneration side of it or the cost of skills? I don't know about most people but when I wind up for the hardest I can do something, I don't typically get more energy from it.

2) When it comes to attack weaving, I haven't done it myself but the description of it basically boiled down to a "Don't trust your lying eyes" approach to combat. I am not suggesting they get rid of weaving at all, I am just suggesting they change the animations themselves to address exactly how long it takes for the attack to be registered server side and get rid of the canceling requirement to do it. I can't talk for everyone but having to just ignore what you see your character doing just to maximize your damage just seems frustrating to most players and a bad design choice. If I want to see a character do something other than what it is actually doing I would rather watch a Nightblade vanish. Just let my attack animation match the attack speed the server is setup to register. I understand many love Star Wars, but I don't want to have to ignore what my senses are telling me and effectively "Use the Force" to figure out the combat which is what animation canceling is as well as being immersion breaking from how I understand it.

This last one, isn't a mechanic suggestion but a suggestion for a potential Crown Store Home that I think would be very popular. A Manor style home with an actual museum/armory where you could store 1 single set of each armor set you can acquire in the game. Each setup would be 3 sets of mannequin with each type of armor equip to them with a wall behind or around them with the weapons stored (But 2 slots for one-handed weapons). Make it where each set has its own place in the armor and you can't hold multiple of the same sets in it. If you wanted to make it harder and stimulate the in-game economy as well, require any item added to the museum be CP160 and Legendary Quality before it can be added to the display. Would see people scrambling to get the gear and max it out just to add to their displays and many would happily fork out crowns to purchase this as it would be a display of what they had acquired and they knew that even if they had spend currency to reconstruct their old stuff to add, they wouldn't have to do it again and they would have a visible display of their collection to look though.

Thank you for your time and to the Developers, overall, the game is a really good and fun game. Thank you for your work. It is too late now but the only thing I would have asked to change in the beginning would be been to go full classless where each of the current class skill trees are instead specializations and you could only have 1 specialization at a time where you had 1 character that could be any class but only 1 at a time to help in balancing. Would have allowed people to commit more to a single character while also removing the need to have so many character slots.

Sorry, I know this is long but been having it rattle around my head for a while thinking about it before posting here.

the twilights active ability does heal the other sorc pet, or a companion, the effect on your other sorc pet is just far far weaker than the heal being used on yourself or a companion
    5) I only really have a single character so don't know if the home storage is per character or a big group thing like the bank but, assuming it is per character, allow players the ability to store their Character Bound items in their home storage please. housing storage, and the bank, is account wide storage that any character can use

honestly if its like the pots and some of the level up rewards you get, just delete them if they are taking too much space
    2) The ability to have your companion target and heal your pets. I understand them prioritizing other players over pets but to ignore them entirely and just hoping the pet gets caught in an AoE is a bit much.

the companion heals are already a little garbagy, and due to their cooldowns i wouldnt want them to waste the heal on a sorc pet anyway
    4) Allow your pets to remain when you have swapped your action bar. my understanding with this is that is the balance, warden bears do the same thing and have to be double barred (if your playing oakensorc then its less of an issue since you dont have a back bar), the reasoning is because its basically a constant dot that you never have to recast (unless the pet dies) so in effect it is free dmg for doing almost nothing, if you removed the requirement to double bar it, everyone would back bar pets and leave it at that and dmg would skyrocket for sorc

Guessing part of the issue then comes from ESO not having its own built in way to see your pets health and having to rely on add ons to do it.

But, why would they weaken the heals when one pet heals another? That doesn't logically make any sense. Either the heals were so weak that they didn't even move the needle on the add ons or the add on just didn't catch it.

Didn't know about the house storage, thanks for that, I figured they would be a "Per Character" thing where you could actually store your stuff there for your character, would explain why they were so small if they were only meant for a single character and not all of them with the bank itself being the shared storage. But if that's how they did it, so be it.

If I am running solo and it is just me, my companion and my pets, I WANT my companion healing my pet as that is also going to be my tank for part of it. The only time I wouldn't want that is when I am in a group to save it for me and the other at which point the companion despawns anyways most times which makes that no possible.

For the double bar bit, that I guess I can understand but I feel the better method would have been to force the pets into a passive mode when they aren't on the active bar to prevent having to resummon them every single time. Especially with how they want to tie one of the sorc's heals into one of them.

No Oakensoul yet for me to even try though, but planning on it eventually. Currently working on maxing all my skills and morphs while doing quests and scrying leads as I get them, plan on farming them after I max the skill trees.

Thank you very much for the response though. If they just let us see our pet health naturally, could have made my first post a little shorter.

the way the twilight heal works is it heals itself (every cast) and then "2 other targets"

if you are without a companion, or healable NPCs, then the 2 other targets would be yourself, and the other pet

however if your running a companion, or there are nearby npcs that are also healable, the 2 extra targets the twilight heals are "smart targeted" to whatever has the low hp

i dont know exactly why the heal is scaled so low on the 2nd sorc pet, but its something like 50% or less of what the actual tooltip is (the matriarch heal is the only direct heal that targets the other sorc pet, stuff like radiating regen or other characters direct heals like templars breath of life, cannot target the sorc pets)

on my sorc healer i dont even use one of the pets, just the matriarch for the burst heal

one other thing, if you were running a companion, it might be better to use the companion as a tank because they have access to a harder taunt, and survivability skills and is easier to support them

sorc pets dont "taunt" anything, they just have a higher threat rating than say you so enemies will prefer attacking them, but may not always attack them

I leveled for a while with just me, my 2 pets and the companion and it seemed like I could spam the heal and it would hit me and Ember but never touched the Clannfear, but maybe I just missed it, I just know is if it did hit him, it was so small that it didn't even matter.

After I max out Ember, I am planning on working the Issable (I probably spelled her name wrong) and I intend on her being a tank for at least a while as I level the restoration staff skill line.
