Terrible customer service and overdue spent ban time

So i was playing BG's when i came across a cheater, i did what any idiot would do and raged at him, i said a socially unfriendly word to him and got a ban on: 02/20/2023 10:44 AM! it is now 02/23/2023 11:21 AM and the ban is not lifted and i cannot get in touch with anybody... I've tried leaving a ticket and I've tried responding to the email saying i was banned... Surely restricting my access to the game past the banned time frame is illegal in some way without notification?

BTW, it was a 72 hour ban...

It's not illegal in any way. ToS covers them. They can wipe every account you have and never give a reason because you agreed to let them.

Ahh fair enough so basically just don't play ESO again then? Or prepare for a lifetime ban from a 72 hour ban for 1 offensive word xD GG, 1st ban too since launch, I managed pretty well

Don't worry about it Bill it was me being stupid and impatient lol, the ban was given in Local time to US so I've still an hour left of my ban and I'm counting the minutes down lol Finally get to explore high isle

1: how do you actually know the player was cheating? What evidence do you have?
2: if a player is making you uncomfortable/cheating etc, then report and don't engage. You got banned because you harassed someone.

This isn't an attack on you, but you need to be careful how you handle things. Raging at a player, no matter what, will get you in hot water in any game
