Hello,
I was not sure where to post this. But since it concerns the PTS (and only the pts), I am posting it here.
I am on a PC and I am running into an issue. The PTS won't load.
I can type in my log in pass word. The new load in screen shows up (with the dark elf and the argonian). The ouroboros is there turning. The music is playing.
Then the ouroboros just stops turning. That is as far as it gets. I cannot get to character select. It's not a crash, it's just a type of freeze. Eventually my connection times out if I let it stay on that screen.
My normal log in is fine. This is JUST a pts only issue. Which is why I decided to post it here.

I am running Windows 10 home. Version 21H1.
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900KF @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
Nvidia GeForce 3080 Ti
(I am NOT running any mods on the pts.)
(And I have not tried this on my Mac yet.)
Update: On a reinstall it worked. So crisis averted I guess.
