I've been toying around with PTS and while this isn't the most useful feedback, when will bleed damage be fixed as a general thing?
I remember back when it was nerfed years ago, but playing the PTS in the new dungeons... those bleed stacks are intense! Meanwhile, players cannot stack bleeds which still leaves a set like Dro'Zakar's Claws still useless.
I of course remember all the complaining shortly after the bleed nerf and how it (bleed nerf) leaves it (bleed damage) unviable - all these years later here we are still sitting with sets that are useless and bleeds don't stack from the same skills (LA Werewolf bleed for example does not stack bleeding). I understand Pillar of Nirn is meta right now, which is a bleed, but going for a bleed build overall just isn't something people are doing with success these days... reroute back to the old bleed nerf.
Or am I just being extra whiny over the bleed damage? The bleed stacks hurt a lot more than I'd expect I guess and am still (mildly) miffed that bleed stacks overall aren't viable for end-game player damage in PvE content.
