Hi there,
Radiating Regen is woeful for PVE healing now.
Please do these two things.
1. Extend Duration too 15 or 16 seconds
2. Make it target 4 people.
This will mean a full dungeon group gets covered and with three GCD’s a trial group will be covered in highly mobile fights.
Echoing vigor has the same tool tip, hits everyone in a massive radius and does not require a specific weapon. Please do not nerf this though.
The hot has been nerfed substantially enough it shouldn’t be bis for pvp.
