What race do you think fits best to the new class arcanist besides dark or high elves?

Breton and Khajiit but like others have said, any race will do.

There have been many mentally challenged, high level magic using Khajiit down through the years. My newest Khajiit arcanist will follow a similar path 😉

Ill get both a dark elf and an orc
The orc will be a shaman from a cursed tribe whe seek knowlege to eventually cure his tribe. Mora will offer that knowlege and bestow him some of is power in exchange foe his help in necrom.

The dark elf will be a Telvani who lack magical talent and is mistreated by the rest of the house due to that he will seek the prince of knowlege to learn magic to get revenge on those who humiliated him all his life.

I love it when I see other people create backstories for their characters. I struggle with characters that I haven't created a decent backstory for, then have to delete them because I have no interest in playing them anymore. Just a bit of my OCD. LoL!

I've decided to go with a dark elf Arcanist instead of high elf because I can create a more plausible backstory with them versus a high elf. Plus, I like the appearance of dark elves more, which helps as well.
