Last night when I streamed, I was only able to play for about two hours before the ping shot up to 1k+ and stayed there. Couldn't figure out the issue despite numerous resets and disabling my addons. Resetting my router after stream didn't solve it either. Everything that I could see on my end (download/upload etc) was totally fine and my ISP wasn't reporting any issues.

This was on PCNA around 10PM eastern, in multiple zones and cyrodiil.

This was my experience as well. Things were fine at 6 pm, got a little bit sluggish at 7. I was away from the game a little while, but at 9:30 I was supposed to be tanking vcr. At that time, the in-game ping was registering 700-900 ms. Casting skills after a bar swap was unpredictable at best and often would result in a cast from the other bar. Blocking was very unreliable. We ended up calling the run off.
I had a similar experience Thursday night, but without the trial. Things were back to normal Saturday morning till now, but I wouldn't be surprised if stuff got ugly later. I haven't had any serious issues in another online game.

Xbox NA got hit too, was in the middle of Cyrodiil.

I was playing on PC NA last night and people in zone chat were talking about the server crashing, but I had been on for a few hours and hadn't gotten booted, so I'm guess any server problems must not have been game-wide. I spent time in Vvardenfell, Cyrodiil, Imperial City, High Isle, Northern Elsweyr, and at least two other zones, without getting booted even once. I did have some extremely long zone-loading times, such as going to the Hall of Justice in Vivec City to grab the WB daily and having to wait for several minutes before the NPC would load in so I could grab the daily. I could have tried reloadui to see if it helped (and it usually does), but I decided to just wait it out-- mainly out of curiosity, to see how long it was going to take. But I was never booted the way other players said they were, and I wouldn't have been able to see them in zone chat if we hadn't been in the same instance, so I don't see how it could have been an actual server crash as such.

The server login issues on February 11th have since been resolved. For this reason we will be closing the thread going forward.
