Major Berserk

So, there's a large consensus that Major Berserk on DK Chains is a bit overkill (though I've seen less contention around Wrecking Blow giving it).
Would y'all prefer to give more classes access to Major Berserk through their own skills?
Or would you prefer Major Berserk be replaced with something else (and if so what)?

I don't mind ever making a skill more attractive, but why only DK which is in the best shape currently?
I don't know if ZoS feels like the other classes got comparable buffs; maybe the spreadsheet assigns equal value to some things that the players don't agree with.
Buffs are good. Making lesser used skills better is good, that's something most players want to see happen, but I think a lot of player are confused as to why one of the strongest classes is getting this buff while the others seem to be left behind.

    This.

There is no comparison between passive minor expedition and 5s 10% damage on concealed weapon and any other spammable.

There are endless examples like that with NB and DK right now. And ZOS is still nerfing the other classes. go figure.

I guess their monetization consultants came up with the theory that if you make two classes an order of magnitude better than the others, some percentage of the player base will swap, and some percentage of those will spend huge amounts on crowns to speed up the process buying skyshards, skill lines, etc. Resulting in a 5% increase in cash flow. But I'm naturally cynical.

Empowering Chains: removed Empower, gained Major Berserk
Empowering Sweep: removed Empower, gained 4 extra seconds on dot

    Seems balanced.

And remember Empowering Sweep only ticks once every 2 seconds
Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.
