Weeks have passed but I never got contacted. I don't care anymore about the issue since it seems to be gone, but I would like to know if this ticket ever got closed and if it can be closed right now by support so that I don't run in problems next times I'll need to open a new ticket.

Also, since I'm here, I would like to know: if I change my ESO account email using a different one than the one I'm using on my Xbox account with which I've made the purchase... Will I run into problems losing anything?
