After submitting a ticket you get the ticket number and a note that AN AGENT WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY! lol what a joke. 30+ hours and still no phone call. and the login password fiasco still happening. This is the worst launch of an mmo ever. I knew better to do this and ignore all the incentives to preorder. seems to me this game is completely buggy even after getting past the login fiasco. another game comes to mind similar launch fiasco Age of Conan. Now I'm on day 3 of no end in site or at least a tech call / email that my problem is being worked on.
