Problem with EU Server on 1st loading screen
Hey, Wonder if you guys could help.
I put the launcher to the Europe server (Im from UK) and it launches up fine, I Sign in, and the first loading screen (Without music and before selecting create a character) it just loads, and loads, and loads, and nothing?
I Contacted support, they called me, asked for 2 files too be emailed and a screen shot. They said too try the North America server, and that they would get back to me.
After installing the NA game, It plays fine. But, the different time zone puts me in the dead of night and I would prefer the European server, yet too receive an email again.
Is anybody else having this problem? Is there a solution?
I wouldn't mind but, I Don't wanna get too far in game, then the server works and I have too start a new character all over again. Any help or advice would be appreciated, thank you.
