Figured I would post this here as well, as this is a major bug and there wasn't a thread about this in the bug forum! When logging into the ESO website, there is only the "linked accounts" page available. Even after clicking "account summary" there is no way to get there. With no way to get to the account summary page, players can't download the game or buy anything(Necrom)!
I can confirm this, as well. I experienced this firsthand on my own account and when I tried getting a friend into ESO.
My friend recovered their ESO account, bought DLCs, and he could not even download the game. How can this be?

I am just posting this to confirm that I am having the same issue. I cannot access the summary, and each time I log in on the official website, it directly sends me to the "Linked Accounts" option.
Clicking the Account Summary button does nothing (as previously mentioned by the members above my post).
It would be nice to have this fixed quickly, as I cannot see any of my account data.
