Download button gone

What the hell happened to this site? I came back after a year and can't install the game anymore. I went to my accounts page but account summary just shows xbox/steam/twitch links now. I can't find the 'download game' button that used to be on the right side. I have put up the screenshot. Practically 80% of the accounts page contents are missing.

Logged in and checked this out of curiosity. Clicking 'account' or your account name on top (colored yellow in your screenshot), should take you to your profile where you can download the game as before. Tested it couple of times, sometimes it worked, but most of the time it just sent me back to linked accounts page.

The page you should get when clicking those is 'https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account'



But the site for some reason redirects back to 'https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/account/linked_accounts'

Not even manually copypasting the link seems to help, getting the right page is pure rng, for me at least :'D
