Spear Wall is also a boring passive that gives only a commonly available buff.
And both Power of the Light and Purifying Light need to be looked at, their damage is very poor compared to any other delayed damage skills (Subterranean Assault, Daedric Prey). It deals the same damage per cast as Blastbones, while having double the cooldown and only hitting one enemy. It may be a bug with the scaling, as the tooltip doesn't look terrible, but in real encounters it underperforms.
