Zos just hate templar , templar is good place for spare parts for new class , oh we take that from here and add it here 200% stronger.

I used my templar only for heal. But warden are better healer... :-(
I maxed him out. lvl50 psijic, lvl50 mage guild (- loud scream - ) but he is useless.
