Consider Updating Update 29 - PVP thread

UPDATE 29:
Characters now also take 10% reduced damage at base, to reduce the loss of the mitigation from the Champion Point system.
Characters now also start with 1000 Weapon and Spell Damage regardless of your level.

Now I understand this is great for new players, but this needs to go after level 50 and maybe even diminish as they level. These buffs are one of the main reasons PVP can be a terrible experience. These free damage increases allow for the creation of builds that are incredible durable, hit hard, and lack nothing. There should be some tradeoff when considering what gear to wear like how the game was in the past. For example when gearing all weapon/spell damage and you'd have high damage/heals, but you would suffer sustain issues if you did not heavy attack often. This does not exist anymore in PVP, especially in CP-enabled campaigns. You can wear two sets now that have ZERO weapon/spell damage increase that are purely defensive and still have respectable damage, while in the past you would need the right traits to just to SURVIVE. And you would survive if you did, but you would not do much damage.

Please consider reviewing update 29 and other past updates that give baseline increases to stats.

Thanks for reading.

if anything a least enable proc sets in the no-cp PVP campaign.
