The PTS notes mention that the drop rate for this and many other leads (mythics) were incorrect and have been adjusted.
This one item I completely abandoned as I farmed for hours and never got 1 part, and this was when the item came out. I do actually want this item, I got the mount, I am still using it all this time.
I am not on PC so cannot check myself.
If anyone can at least get 1 part of it to drop, I would assume that the rest will drop. They are all farmed in the same location.
