PTS Unable to login (infinite loading screen)

Hello, I am unable to login into PTS, there is infinite loading screen since last update. I had repaired the game file multiple time and disabled all addon. So far I had waited up to 30 minutes each wait and it's still not loading. I get to logging in screen (I log via steam) but then it's just screen freeze, the loading button is not even moving anymore. I had restarted my computer multiple time but it's still not working. Can you please help with this matter?
