Please fix your auth code problem

Returning player here.

I downloaded the game after 5 years and after i log into the game it asks me for an auth code wich never was send to my email. i also have to wait 24 hours do request another.

So what i did, i created a ticket and before that, i made sure i did all the steps they mention to try and fix the problem.

Gladly i got a response very quick, like in seconds, containing the same informations you have to read before you submit the problem (autoresponder). 1 of the "solutions" is to change your email adress and log in again to get that auth code send again. - i know, its an old game, but cmon, its 2023, whats about a "send code again" button?

Why iam so mad? because this problem is known for a while. why do you want it to be such a pain for returning players?

just as an update, tried it with a different account, same issue.
