Lazy question : buy chapter with crowns?

Been a while since I've bought a chapter etc.
Can you buy then with crowns? Or it cash only, I can't recall and have a backlog / excess

As mentioned above, newly-released chapters cannot be purchased with crowns.

I think eventually a chapter becomes a DLC in terms of pricing and availability, probably when the next chapter is released, but any extra features like a new class are separated out then and offered on their own in the Crown Store. That at least is my understanding but I've never tested it as I am both a subscriber and a purchaser of chapters when they launch. Hope that helps.

Thanks Bill, that's a shame. Have Crowns backed up.
Am gunna need to cancel ESO+ a bit to catch-up I think.
