Same problem. Been doing it for a few weeks now. Every once in a while, like every 50 tries or fiddling around it will go to the actual account summary. Even changing the address to /users/account and clicking on connect, it will CHANGE the address to linked page and go there. This is really messed up. FIX YOUR BROKEN LINK ZOS.

My account page exhibits the same problems as stated above. Yes, I did buy the game at the ESO store. Yes I did flush my browser history. It happens with both Safari and Firefox browsers. I don't often need this page, but when needed it's really important for the use of the game because it's the primary access for software downloads. The account page sometimes works providing the download link, but even following the instructions for use of the page there is a good chance that the page will come up with either error 404 or just the linked accounts. When the account page isn't working properly it fosters a complete lack of trust in a product. Is it the not caring or incompetence of the software team?

I'm purchasing a PC just for games, no other reason. I prefer my Mac that will continue to be used for other purposes. I'm doing this largely because of ESO dwindling support for Macs. I understand the difficulty in supporting both PC and Mac and accept the reasoning, but don't make it extremely frustrating to change computers because of ESO's code protection approach and a flakey account access page. When I spend extra money for an additional PC don't make it so I still can't run ESO software because it can't be downloaded again.

The approach of trying to hide the game software download on the account page is outdated and makes life difficult for customers. Protect the ESO code at runtime of the game, not at download of the bits. Other methods of dual authentication are used by other software products and games. This should be a number one priority! Just do it to keep your customer base.
