Is the 2FA Access Code System (PC/NA) broken today?

I've been waiting for about a half an hour for access codes to get into the game today (and I have tried the "cancel and retry" method to no avail).

Is anyone else seeing this (or is anyone aware of a known issue that I'm not finding here)?

A few days ago I got this access code requirement to login, but I didn't get any code mailed. Any way, after I closed the game and re-opened it, I could login normally.

If you still don't get any emails, you can open a ticket with customer support.
