Yes, manually. Which means there is no efficient way to test Mora's Whispers.

Haven’t seen any acknowledgement yet myself. Would be curious to know as well.

Yeah PTS definitely needs an item that fills shalidor's library; the crafting library items already do something similar but with a different segment of the journal
