How do I download the full MAC client of TESO on a Windows PC?

I'm running Windows 7, and I'm going to play The Elder Scrolls Online on Windows 7. Problem is that I want to download the full MAC client for a friend, seeing as he'll be playing at my place, because his connection is too slow (it'll take him a few weeks to download the full client). I can only download the MAC launcher, but obviously can't run it. Is there any place that I can download the full MAC client, so I can just copy it over to my friend when it's done?
