I've stopped recieving newsletters completely

(hi again, I have yet another problem..lol)

I haven't had a newsletter in my email since last November. No why idea why they just stopped. I've checked my settings in my web account, I've tried unsubbing and resubbing and I've added the promotion email address to my contacts. My email is an outlook one. My other account on a Gmail email receives them.

Should add that I've checked my spam folder and that I get access codes and emails from support just fine
