Imperial digital download purchase via Paypal not going through.

I purchased the imperial digital download through the EOS website using Paypal (March 30). The purchase is still pending! The money is on hold, waiting for EOS .
I received no email from EOS and the account status still just says beta.
Not sure what's going.
Kind of defeats the idea of early access.
