In some caverns, you can farm the end boss NPCs.
Because so many players are in, these bosses spawn between 10-30 seconds each time after killing them. You can then loot these bosses each time you kill them, and fill up your inventory within 5 minutes. You can then go on to sell the items or use them for crafting.
