i received a 3-day early acces, can someone tell me the exact date and time i can log in with the 3 day early acces ?

    On the homepage it says:
    Q: What day and time will the servers open for the 3-day Early Access?

    A: If you have 3-day Early Access, you may log into the game starting at 7:00 AM EDT, Tuesday April 1st.

    Time Conversions:

    North America (East): 7:00 AM EDT, Tuesday April 1st
    UK/IE: 12:00 PM WEST, Tuesday April 1st
    Central Europe: 1:00 PM CEST, Tuesday April 1st
    Sydney, Australia: 10:00 PM AEDT, Tuesday April 1st
    Singapore: 7:00 PM SGT, Tuesday April 1st

    i still can`t log in the game altough the early acces has oficially started ( the 3 day one ) i have it in billing history and i got a confirmation email that i redeemed the 3 days early acces succesfully along with explorer pack... i can log in on the website but can`t log in the game wtf......

    ok so now its open, guess what, still same problem, information is incorect....... on the website if i go to billing history i see the beta and the early acces succesfully redeemed, but on account summary on owned games it says i dont own anything...... still can not log in the game... maybe this is a problem ? also ive been banned from beta .. but i understand that bans were removed ? i mean wth i payed for the game and early acces ...it shows it in my billing history but still can`t log in the game even now when you guys say the early acces started

    Im the same.i thought they would have defo fixed the Launcher problems by now,but everytime i press Play it crashes.Ive never even got into the game after Installing 3 times
    ZOS takes cheating very Lightly. You have been warned, and any cheaters found out will get the Least punishment possible...

    im not having launcher problems, it only says that my login information is incorect........... and with that same information i can log in on the website with no problem , but not in the game as if my account does not exist for the game.. i still need a fix on this

    @sickboy2808 have you tried bypassing the launcher? Go to the folder where you've installed the game, open The Elder Scrolls Online EU(name may vary if you're on a different version of the game) then open folder game, then client and run eso.exe.
    If your launcher is in install/update loop then once you see the PLAY button close the launcher, copy the The Elder Scrolls Online EU to some other place and run it from there. This is what I did in the last beta, after 5 or 6 installations ... that's 5 or 6 times multiplied by ~22 gigabytes ... I was going mental back then :smile:

    and i am going mental now... it says i dont own any game at account summary... but i have both beta and 3 days early acces on billing history and can`t log iin with the error "information is incorect" ..........

    Relax, it's probably just some small error. Try again tomorrow/few hours.

    cant tell people to relax when they cant even login on launch

    @Odinsblade I'm not aware of your situation, but 3 days mean "hard" copy, right? I'm also not sure if you've got this from the eso website or from a third party. Don't you have to redeem a code in some of the cases? A code somewhere inside your box?

    ok at least tell me this ; is it normal for my account to say on account summary " you do not own any games " but on billing it says i have beta and redeemed acces code 3 days " ......i still think this is the problem because i got banned in beta and my account is still banned.. but the support says my account has no problems and i should try and try again to log in.. and i am trying like for 2 hours

    xfan i redeemed my code, even on the wbesite it says on billing history that i redeemed the 3 days acces and i received a confirmation email that i got the 3 days acces and explorer pack, yet SURPRISE Log in error, your information is incorect...
    Can someone tell me on their website account if on account summary it says they own anything ? on mine it shows " you do not own any games..."

    under account summary it says nothing for me ..... no game purchased, only in the billing history

    I dont have a folder named client?? I have folder named Elder Scrolls online EU 30.4 gig,then folders named depot 25 gig,game 101mb and vo_en 5.27 gig..That all i have??

    Wait found client under game, folder size 101mb but right click and theres no run eso.exe??

    No friggin way,i just right clicked the desktop logo ran as admin and it launched LOL..Had to come out to let you know but heres hoping it will work again..Wish me luck

    Just as a check ... you are using your login name (and not email address) to login via the launcher, right?

    yes , it trully was a account problem and a gm had it fixed, now i can play.
