Changes to Alliance Skill Line?

Have there been changes to the way Alliance Skills work in the PTS? I'm new here, but on LIVE server I used Alliance War "Training" in Cyrodil PVP to have a faster mount speed +30%, and I was looking for that in PTS and could not find it. I made a level 25 toon and then tried to go to Alliance War to train and could not find it, and then looked in Skills for Alliance skill line and could not find that either. Did we change this whole thing up somehow in the PTS. Could someone point me to how to get the 30% Mount Speed Increase in the PTS?

The tutorial itself does not grant Major Gallop. It is just a convenient way to unlock the Assault skill line and earn enough AP to put a point into the passive called Continuous Attack. There are other ways to do that, although they may take longer.

If you have checked both gates for the tutorial quest and cannot find it, or if you chose to skip the tutorial, then you can still unlock Continuous Attack by doing board quests, repairing walls and doors, taking or defending keeps/outposts/towns, or killing players. BGs are also theoretically an option, but PvP (like everything else) is much less populated on PTS compared to live.

This changed a couple years ago. The way you probably remember it, the "Welcome to Cyrodiil" tutorial unlocked the first skill "Rapid Manuevers" which was cast to give you Major Gallop.

In Update 27 Stonethorn, Rapid Manuevers was moved to Rank 5 in Assault. This was really unpopular since it now required a lot more PVP to unlock.

As of Update 29 Flames of Ambition, it changed to the current state of affairs. Major Gallop is now granted by the Assault Passive "Continuous Attack."

I wasn't playing a couple of years ago. I started back in 2018 and then sadly put ESO down until recently.
I have recently discovered the Alliance War TRAINING QUESTS to get Continuous Assault faster riding speed. Worked fine on the Live server at level 10 when I could go to War. Yep that's exactly what I did with the War Training quests on the LIVE server. Put a point into "Continuous Attack" to ride faster. .Yippeeee

But now I'm trying the P T S and that's the problem. I can't find the TRAINING QUESTS for ALLIANCE WAR in the P T S.
I made a level 25 necro and the Alliance War options doesn't show the LESS THAN 50 option - icesomething or other - that I was used to seeing on the LIVE server. And when I go to WAR nobody offers a training quest.

So does the LESS THAN 50 option not appear on the PTS ? and therefore not in some future release of the game, or whatever?? or is this just a change in the PTS. I only saw one WAR choice and it wasn't ICEWHATZIT that I'm used to. Did I miss it?

Anyway. I'm trying to be clear, but maybe I'm not using the correct terms. I'd like to spend 15-20 min on the PTS to train Continuous Assault with those quests to RIDE FASTER on the PTS to test the NECRO class to see if I want to buy it and I can't ride fast.

PTS shouldn't have a under 50 cyrodiil, they don't even have a no proc zone.

There's an option in the top left corner at the character creation screen on PTS to create a character with everything. I've never heard of the quest not being offered unless you tell the starting npc you don't need training, but the PTS may be different.

I found a way to go fast in PTS.. Ha ha ha... Just buy stacks of riding skills in the crown store and chew them up. So I'm riding around at 60 now. Much better.
