Storm on the Horizon - Razum-Dar not appearing
I'm on the first part of Storm on the Horizon having arrived in K's Roost - but Razum-Dar simply won't appear. I've waited for an hour, tried logging on and off and retaking the quest several times, but still nothing has happened!

Yasha✭✭✭✭✭Yes I have the same issue with one of my characters, I explored the island a bit, killing stuff and taking random quests before talking to Razum-dar, then when I went to find him in Eagles Strand he wasn't there.0

Fixa✭I reported this bug during beta. Happened to me after I encountered Razum-Dar once (killed me while I was afk) and then never appeared again.Edited by Fixa on March 31, 2014 3:07PM0

I experience the exact same problem. finished the first part of the queens-line and met him at matthiisen, traveled then to eagle's strand but he didnt appear. canceled ALL quests and relogged, but still no razum-dar there. :-(0 -

✭Abandoning quest and re-logging worked for me - but after that Razum is not in Eagle's Strand anymore, you have to go to Mistral and find a note in tavern? telling you to meet him. Abandoning quest and re-logging worked for me - but after that Razum is not in Eagle's Strand anymore, you have to go to Mistral and find a note in tavern? telling you to meet him. When you meet him the quest is closed and you can proceed.
but isn't this a way further quest? the quest at the eagle's beach still needs a talk to him on the beach.0 -

✭This quest seems to be bugged more than once .. I and others have the problem that that the character that sends you to the one you're missing isn't there either.

Well, I don't remember how and in what exactly order I proceeded with the quests, but meeting Razum-Dar in Eagle's Strand (to close the quest) was my last thing to do in Khenarthi's Roost, and initially I couldn't find him - the indicator was directing me to the keep, but Razum wasn't there. so i made all the stuff available on the roost, except this quest.
just to be right, this is how i should do now:
abandon the quest, start it again and head right to mistral's pub, where a note from razum-dar will be? is this correct?

tried the quest AGAIN, after Razum-dar kept away before the last patches and got the commander walking around happily. now it's the exact opposite, razum-dar spawns and is talking to me and the commander (sic!) is the one which disappeared and is missing...he introduced me (nobody's standing there).0

This quest is still F'd in the A, roflamo a year later and still not fixed bwahahahahaha
