You are so lucky. I'm not. My account is bugged or something, ZOS don't know what to do, had 2 calls, had PM with 2 ZOS Supporters on forum, sent some tickets. Nothing changed. And here I am - waiting for fix on forum and crying.
Bugs exists everywhere. Especially when you talk about 30 GB game. Its more than 30.000.000.000 bytes - it's a lot and it's hard to make it bug-free. They are trying and I'm happy with that.
You do know all the legal statements are standard for most companies and are put in to protect the companies. However, when a product is severely broken or an experience a customer pays for is not of the quality suggested by the vendor, then the customer has a legal argument to be made whole again. Which means at the very least get their money back. Something id like everybody (the angrier people) to take into consideration is you accepted an agreement before you started playing this game stating that you understood these kinds of things could happen. Some people have a hard time grasping all of these issue's going on, when you were clearly well informed within the Terms of Service. With that being said, please give these guys time to work with. Were at the launch of a brand new MMO, and while i would like to be enjoying my time in-game as well, i have no problem understanding that this is how it is for the time being.
the ToS basically means you can't sue Bethesda because Balreth has been buggy since the beta. That said you have every right to complain about the abundance of bugs in the game. A lot of them are early on in the levels which is really bad. Some people may see all these bugs and say "well *** it, I'm out 60 bucks but I'm not playing this ***".
