I only found this thread because I saw @Nybling posting the Anniversary badge. So thanks for that as well. I really wish they would put up an official guide to all these badges and activity earnings somewhere.

Yes, before we were able to have profile pictures. That feature was removed with launch and we have to choose from a preset array of pictures.

They eliminated this option during beta and converted everyone over to choosing from their photo album instead. Maybe a space issue or maybe a copyright issue who knows? Either way you won't be able to get this badge anymore :-(. I believe there is a similar badge for the first time you change your profile picture (suing the ESO selection) but I am not sure.I don't always drink Skooma, but when I do I go to the Southwall Corner Club. Selecting one of the forum's images gave me the Photogenic badge. I'm trying to figure out how many posts/stars/whatever I need to use basic functions like PMing a person I already know.

in the last days before launch, some of the forum's members thought how funny & FUN it would be to make their profile pictures offensive, I'm sure you can imagine it... certain body parts, eye-popping content, just plain curse words.
sooooooooo... pretty quick you could only choose from a list.
the petty b'netches ruined it for the rest of us!
