Beta-Test Imgakin Monkey stuck on old account :(

Anyone else here have this issue? I beta tested pre launch and indeed have the monkey but it's not on the account I actually use.

Hoping ZOS would transfer it but they said no

Anyone else have any luck under similar circumstances?

@ZOS_GinaBruno absolute long shot in tagging you in this but you're a lovely person that I felt might have a little heart in this situation Is there anything I can do to get my lil Monkey friend, oh glorious Gina?

I'm sorry for a thread about something that's been addressed via ticket in the past, but I miss my monkey friend

Hi @ZOS_Bill , 221016-002962 is the ticket number.

I apologize for the delayed reply.

The ticket mentions the account in question that posseses the Beta Monkey.

I could gladly attempt to prove ownership of the account in question if need be.

I apologize for such a weird request. I don't even remember why I didn't use my Beta account to play all these years, but alas it is how things came to pass.

If you guys are able to help at all, I'd be eternally grateful.

Even if it means permanently closing the beta account or removing the Monkey from there
